* 3 night accommodations in one of the above mentioned villas
* Airport-Hotel & return transfers
* Daily American Breakfast at our Ferry's Restaurant
* Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
* Selection of fresh fruit basket and flower arrangement in the villa
* 15 minutes back massage at our River side Spa site
* 3 hour tour to Sukawati traditional art Market by bicycle
* One time adventure tour including Horse Back Riding at Saba Beach, inclusive of lunch
* Snorkeling at Sanur Beach or Fishing at nearby river
* Afternoon tea (4pm-5pm) with Balinese sweets at the Villa Gazebo
* Transportation service to the Ubud Centre or Sukawati Art market or the white sandy beach of Sanur

* Rates mentioned are quoted in US Dollar
* All rates are inclusive of 21% Service Charge & Government tax
* All rates, service charge and government tax are subject to change without prior notice
* A high season surcharge of US$25 nett per night per villa will apply for the period of
   July 16 – August 31, 2011 and Peak season period of Dec 16, 2011 – January 15, 2012
* Package is valid for 4 adults in Cempaka or Jempiring Villa and valid for
    2 adults only in Jepun Villa
* In the event of cancellation, notification must be sent to BMVS no later than 14 days prior
    to the arrival date during the low season and 21 days during the high & peak seasons
* From time to time a one night deposit may be requested, and the deposit is not refundable in
    case of non compliance to the afore mentioned policy
* Check-in time is 14.00 Hrs and Check-out time by 12.00 Hrs
